Not happy with your purchase?

You may return the products to us for a refund or exchange (see exchange conditions below). Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you this option anymore. Write to us at hello@ninou.co.uk and we'll help you through the process. You must notify us about your intentions to return the item and the reasons for it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/undamaged and it must also be in the original packaging (the packaging must be clean and undamaged). If any item doesn't meet these requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Don’t forget to request proof of shipping for your records as we do not take responsability for undelivered items by mail processing errors.

Please notice that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow a few days to process the refund.

FAULTY GOODS?

We always check the items before shipping them to make sure we provide a great fulfillment experience to our customers. If however in the event of an item proving faulty we will offer you a repair, refund or replacement for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, a full refund will be issued. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ninou.co.uk and we'll help you through the process.
